After breakfast, independent departure with your rental car to visit a cheese factory of the Consorzio of Parmigiano Reggiano. The visit will start early in the morning (at 8.30 am) in order to show you all the process of the production: from the delivering of milk to the working and transformation of the traditional forms, to the salting and aging phase. This visit will last an entire morning and will conclude with a taste of this delicious cheese, famous in the whole world. We suggest you to spend the afternoon to Busseto, discovering the places where Giuseppe Verdi, one of the greatest composers of Italian opera, was born and lived. Return to Parma later in the afternoon. Dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Acetaia and Ferrari Legends
Breakfast at your hotel accommodation. Another great product of the land of Emilia Romagna is without a doubt the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Independent departure with your rental car to discover this amazing delicacy. Visit to an antique Modena’s Balsamic Vinegar Cellar, called “acetaia”, to see the production and aging process, followed by a tasting and a light lunch. In the afternoon you could stop in Maranello for a visit of the Ferrari museum, one of the icons of Italian style and motors in the world. Return to your hotel in Parma later in the afternoon.
