Yes, and it is arranged as part of the trip rather than as something you book separately. The distinction that matters is duration. A chartered afternoon shows you a stretch of coastline and returns you to shore. A yacht taken for the full week, with a crew, becomes the accommodation and changes the structure of the whole trip: you move between coves, you swim before anyone else is on the water, and you come into Porto Cervo in the evening by choice.
