Day 1: FLORENCE
Independent arrival in Florence. Check-in at your hotel in the city center. Welcome dinner in a delightful nearby Trattoria where you will get your first taste of authentic Tuscan cuisine. Overnight stay at your hotel accommodation.
Day 2: FLORENCE
After breakfast at your hotel, meet with your guide for a half day sightseeing tour of this splendid art city. During the tour you will have the chance to admire some of Florence's famous monuments including the Duomo, the Palazzo Vecchio, and the Ponte Vecchio. Afternoon at leisure for visiting one of the many museums of Florence, such as the Uffizi Gallery or the Accademia Gallery with the statue of David by Michelangelo. Dinner on your own and overnight stay.
Day 3: FLORENCE, COOKING CLASS, FIESOLE OR PISA
In the morning join a cooking course at a well known school in the city center. The class will last 3 hours during which you will learn how to make a few delicious Italian and Tuscan specialties from scratch. Then you will enjoy your culinary creations for lunch. In the afternoon we recommend visiting the splendid town of Fiesole located up on the hills behind Florence, from which you can admire one of the most spectacular and enchanting views over the city. Alternatively, you could also choose to take an excursion to see the Learning Tower in Pisa (optional activities; not included in package). Return to hotel and overnight stay.
Day 4: FLORENCE
Breakfast and check out from your hotel. End of our services. If you still have a free morning in Florence at your leisure, we would suggest taking an optional guided tour to visit some of the most interesting artisan boutiques in Florence, famous for leather, gold, paper and ceramics.
