TRAVEL SPECIALIST : Position(s) Open No. 01

Position Description:
We are looking to employ a Travel Specialist that has appropriate qualifications with strong communication skills, exceptional service and customer care skills, proven sales record and travel industry product knowledge. Full time position at our Houston/Galleria office. Work within the standards and guidelines of Trips2Italy, as communicated by management.
Being traveled is highly regarded (Especially in Italy).

Position Requirements:
- Strong travel industry knowledge and international reservation skills. 100% workload will consist of multi-segment, multi-destination, international itineraries.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Air, Land and Sea servicies reservation. ( Land is a Must)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Eye for details and a strong work ethic are a must
- Dependable and Responsible.
- Professional appearance and commitment.
- Computer skills.  
- Confidence in using phones as a work tool.
- Knowledge of Italian or other language is no required, but regarded.
- Full time position at our Houston/Galleria office.
