Detailed itinerary:

Take a short drive out of Roma and back into history to visit two Unesco heritage sites. Driving the Roman countryside we will reach the town of Tivoli where we will visit the ruins of Hadrian’s Villa, the largest and most magnificent example of a Roman country residence and probably one of all times. You’ll tour this beautiful complex of imperial palaces, baths, pools, theaters and temples: closing your eyes you will go back in time and imagine to be at the court of the Roman Emperor. Later we will drive to the marvelous Renaissance Villa d’Este, home of the Borgia family. Wandering through the estates gardens, fountains and ancient trees, you’ll find that sense of timelessness so prevalent in Italy. Return to your hotel or the nearby drop off point.
