There is an archaic saying, most likely as ancient as Rome, ‘When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Thus is the basis of which we have orchestrated our new cooking lesson.

Our ‘Walking Tour’ intertwines the discovery of the magical Italian cuisine juxtaposed with the sightseeing beauty that in this world only Rome has to offer.

Our day begins at the wonderful Trevi Fountain, where we will be sure to leave our coins, with the desire to one day return! Then we will follow those magical roads and make our way through the beauty of Rome. From the Trevi Fountain, we will pass piazza di Pietra, making our way to the Pantheon, walking down alley ways to reach the wonderful Piazza Navona, and then, simply crossing the street to get to the fantastic Campo de Fiori. During the day, this piazza is filled with an abundance of vendors selling everything from scarves, to fruits, coffee machines, to fish and meats and fresh vegetables and of course as the name indicates fresh flowers. It is here where we will purchase everything that we need in order to do the cooking lessons.

From Campo de Fiori, we will walk down just one street, which will take us to what is famously known as The Jewish ghetto. This is a fabulous spot, where one of the best places to buy meat that exists in Rome, and thus it is here where we will purchase the meat that we need for the lesson. Before making our way back to where we first began, we will walk throughout this ancient piazza and discover its unique beauty. By taking one easy step, we will find ourselves in Piazza Venezia.

From here, we will walk through the famous alley ways and make our way back to the Trevi Fountain, and with all our ingredients we shall commence the cooking lesson for the day.

After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch all togheter!
