Detailed itinerary:

Get your degree in wine tasting on this great experience! We'll meet in the Florence's city center, and make our way to a local enoteca, or wine bar. There, your sommelier, certified by the Italian Association of Sommeliers, will guide you through the history and “art” of wine. You'll learn about the grape varieties, fermentation processes, and the histories of local labels, before you are led in a guided tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by Tuscan breads and olive oils. To further impress the folks back home, you'll learn how to properly uncork and pour the wines you serve, in addition to receiving a certificate of completion.
