Detailed itinerary:

Buon Appetito! Learn how to create a Tuscan meal from start to finish in this fun course. Our chef will take you to Mercato Centrale, the food section of the famous San Lorenzo market, and guide you through the selection of your ingredients for today's meal. You'll also enjoy a tour of the market, and sampling some of Tuscany's finest products, including fresh cheeses, salamis, olive oils and wine. Afterwards, we'll head to your Chef’s private home, whose kitchen has been graciously opened to us, to start our lesson. Our chef will guide you through the preparation of a 3 course meal including bruschetta, home made pasta and a main dish. Since you'll be eating what you make, you'll want to pay close attention to the instructions! You'll enjoy the meal, accompanied by Chianti wine, in the company of your fellow students.
