ITINERARY

This first approach to Apulia is an eno-gastronomic one however it will instill in you the desire to discover more of this region.

Day 1
Arrival in Andria and check-in at the elegant Tenuta Cocevola, antique Pugliese farm transformed into charming hotel. Welcome drink and welcome dinner at the outstanding restaurant of the hotel. Overnight.

Day 2
Breakfast at hotel. At about 10 am, a 3 hour Cooking Class in the large kitchens of the farm, based on a traditional menu of Puglia that will then be served at lunch. In the afternoon we suggest a visit to the splendid Castel del Monte, just a few kilometres from the estate. Remainder of the afternoon free. Dinner free and overnight at hotel.

Day 3
Breakfast at hotel. Departure for Trani, gracious town on the sea dominated by an imposing white cathedral facing the small bay. Enjoy your free time with a walk along the sea. Afterwards, Alberobello, characteristic hamlet where you can admire the peculiar cone-shaped "Trulli" houses completely covered in white plaster to protect from the heat. It is then possible to visit the near-by Grottos of Castellana, originating from an underground river, as well of the main Speleological Italian complex. Return to hotel. Dinner on your own and overnight.

Day 4
Breakfast at hotel. Check-in and end of stay.
